The Project

The goal of this UX/UI project aims to support museums in Berlin in fulfilling their mission to preserve and activate cultural heritage, while making it more accessible and engaging for all individuals. This project was developed during my UX/UI Bootcamp at Ironhack, therefore there is not a "real" client.

I worked in a team of four, together with my colleagues (L.F, A.A and A.M) each of one with different backgrounds, like a sociologist and an industrial engineer. Together we conducted the UX part of the project and afterwards I worked on the UI concept for the app on my own.

The Product

The product we created is an app where the users can explore and check the information about every museums in Berlin. In this app the user can buy a single ticket or have a membership with unlimited access to museums.

With this app we enhance the users to plan their next visit to a museums of their interest in a very easy way, no more need to google during hours and jump from site to site, all user needs would be gathered in this app. This products takes into consideration all the relevant pain points of the users defined in the research.

How?

In teamwork we developed this product. Through research and business analysis, we identified user needs and gained insights into the challenges faced by museums. Defining the problem and mapping user flow guided our ideation process. We made informed design decisions to create a user-centered solution mentioned avobe.

Through ongoing refinement, we ensure that our design aligns with user expectations and preferences, promoting inclusivity and fostering engagement within the museum space.
